Limited Company Accounts and Tax Returns

Each year your limited company must file a set of accounts to Companies House and a tax return to HMRC. The accounts show the profit you have made and the tax you owe must be calculated based on your taxable profit made.

As part of this service, we offer a pre year end meeting prior to your year end. During the pre year end meeting we review your accounting figures to date, your projected figures to the end of the year and give you estimated numbers to review.

By doing this before the year end closes, you can make proactive decisions and we provide tax saving advice for you. This means you have time to make those changes before the year end passes – when normally it is too late, resulting in no benefit to you or your company.

Once we have prepared the figures, we have a post year end meeting to discuss the numbers, confirm what tax you need to pay & when, answer any queries you may have and get an idea of your plans for the coming 12 months.

Why wait? Let’s have a chat!
